RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged or defective items, returned with in 14 days of receipt, will be replaced with like item. PAS-TiTS.com does not offer returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail are shipped FREE OF CHARGE. Orders shipped via UPS are charged based on standard UPS shipping rates.

PAYMENT METHOD

Credit Cards: Through PAS-TiTS.com’s automated checkout system, you can select from a number of credit card options including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card information will be collected at the time you make your purchase and transmitted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Credit card verification is typically very quick, which means your order gets processed sooner.

PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, through PAS-TiTS.com’s automated checkout system, you can select the PayPal payment option. PasTits.com will send you an email invoice detailing the merchandise cost and other fees that make up your order and instructions on how to submit the invoice to your PayPal account. Once we have received verification of PayPal funds, we can proceed to fill your order.

Checks and Money Orders: PAS-TiTS.com does NOT accept personal or business checks of any type. PAS-TiTS.com does however, accept official bank checks and money orders. Please understand that PasTiTS.com cannot proceed to fill your order until your check/money order has been received and has cleared, so please be patient as this can sometimes take from seven to ten business days.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

All orders place from outside the United States must be paid through PayPal and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
